Blue and red UFO seen in Lagoa de Cacara

Summary

A Brazilian report describes the observation of an unidentified object with a star-like shape, blue and red in color, moving in a zigzag pattern at high altitude. The sighting occurred on July 19, 2009, near the coast in Lagoa de Cacara, in the state of Rio Grande do Norte.
