Summary

Near the PTT radio mast at Cape Spartel (Tangier, Morocco), a family observed on 5 September 1954 a black, circular object at high altitude, roughly airplane-sized in appearance. One witness tracked it visually for about ten minutes as it moved southward with abrupt stops, producing no sound, light, or smoke. It finally dove westward and vanished over the sea.

A single testimony was collected, accompanied by a map and a sketch. The hypothesis of an aircraft from Rabat-Salé air base performing aerobatics could not be confirmed due to insufficient data on angular size and disappearance circumstances. Classified C — insufficient data.
