Multicoloured sphere at low altitude in the Somme region in 1954

Summary

On 14 October 1954 at 5 p.m., four witnesses in the Somme region sighted a spherical object moving southwest at roughly 40 meters altitude, at extremely high speed and in complete silence. It displayed rainbow-like colours. GEIPAN received only a brief form with no direct testimonies. Classified C due to lack of detail.
