Summary

In October 1957, several groups of witnesses across the Ardennes department reported unusual aerial phenomena. One group described a red disc that split in two; another saw an object with green reflections moving at high speed. A third group noted a silent red object under cloudy skies, and a fourth spotted a red light in the same direction. The Moon and a meteorite were considered as explanations, but descriptions did not fully match either. GEIPAN classified these cases as C due to insufficient precise information, suggesting possible perceptual errors or natural phenomena.
