Summary

Between May and June of 1974 or 1975, a witness observed from a fifth-floor apartment in Concarneau three stationary luminous points at roughly 200–300 meters altitude. They remained for several minutes without making any noise, moved toward the coast, and then receded southward. The testimony was collected in 2008 with no other witnesses or supporting details. Despite the scarce information, GEIPAN keeps the case classified as an unexplained phenomenon.
