In February 1975, two people in Saint-Jean-d'Angély, in the Charente-Maritime region of France, observed a luminous, circular object about one meter in diameter. The phenomenon occurred silently and at low altitude, moving from east to west before disappearing behind some trees. Despite the novelty of the case, no additional testimonies or details were collected, making any deeper analysis difficult.
