In March 1960, a Swedish pilot spotted a luminous object resembling a satellite. The Linjeflyg crew reported a moving light that behaved unusually. Gunnar Tars-son-Leander, an expert from the observatory, confirmed it was not a meteor. Photographer Esse Jansson captured images of two unidentified objects. A resident of Bromma also observed what he called a "phantom satellite." Descriptions aligned on the object's strange movement, even descending vertically. Despite multiple accounts, it remained unclear whether it was an optical illusion or something else.
