Repeated sightings and marks at Laroque-Timbaut

Summary

Between April and June 1976, a resident of Lot-et-Garonne experienced a series of unusual episodes near Laroque-Timbaut. He first saw a silent, cigar-shaped luminous object that landed near his house, projecting an intense beam in one direction. In May, two bright objects appeared in the same area; this time he woke his family, who watched them for over an hour without identifying their shape. The witness also found road markings he attributed to a landing. In June he noticed a strong glow on nearby land and reported everything to the authorities, but the gendarmerie could not confirm the earlier observations because of the delay. The landowner explained the June light as a fire for grilling meat.
