Cigar-shaped UFO seen in Dieppe

Summary

On June 18, 1976, around 9:30 PM, two people in Dieppe observed a luminous object in the sky that caught their attention. The object was cigar-shaped and quite long. It flew at low altitude with a constant speed along a trajectory from northeast to southwest. No noise was heard during the observation. Only one testimony was collected, limiting the amount of information available about this phenomenon.
