Summary

At 4:30 AM on July 16, 1976, a resident of Colombes watched an unidentified luminous phenomenon from his window. He described a point of light that approached, stretched into a luminous line, and—seen from behind—displayed two colored points, green and red. No sound was heard, nor could a definite shape be made out. There were no other witnesses or additional records.

GEIPAN classified the case as C. The testimony stands out for its coherence and the precise description of how the phenomenon evolved, though the absence of corroboration makes it impossible to determine its nature.
