Summary

At 11:15 PM on September 10, 1976, a witness in the Vienne region saw a round, helicopter-sized object heading northeast while rapidly cycling through three colors—yellow, green, and red. It made no noise during the 45-second observation. The witness did not report the event until much later. Despite local press coverage, no other testimonies emerged. GEIPAN classified the case as B, with no conventional explanation identified.
