Spinning round object over Loulay

Summary

Around 19:30 on November 20, 1976, several people in Loulay, Charente-Maritime, observed a round, luminous object that appeared to spin on its axis. It emitted a flickering yellow-orange light and remained visible for about fifteen minutes before disappearing along a descending trajectory. Despite the relatively long observation, no additional testimonies or precise data were obtained. Classified C by GEIPAN.
