Red trail and curved luminous point over Montmédy

Summary

At 20:55 on November 21, 1976, a witness in Montmédy saw a red trail in the sky that vanished abruptly. Shortly afterward, together with a second person, they observed a white luminous point following a curved, descending trajectory. No further testimonies or additional information were collected. GEIPAN classified the case as C, with no conclusive explanation.
