On January 14, 1977, around 6:40 PM, two people in La Bazoge, in the Sarthe region of France, spotted a luminous spherical object that caught their attention. The object was initially moving slowly northward and then eastward. Later, the gendarmes confirmed they had observed a luminous circular object, larger than a star, moving westward. It remained visible until 9:30 PM. No other testimonies were recorded about this phenomenon, leaving many questions unanswered.
