Summary

On January 14, 1978, between 5:57 and 6:45 AM, several people in Côtes-d'Armor observed bright orange and reddish lights for a few seconds, illuminating the surroundings. A motorist reported seeing two luminous spheres, one orange and one blue, about 500 meters ahead of his vehicle. Despite these accounts, no precise information about the phenomenon has been found. The GEIPAN classified the case as "C," indicating no clear explanation was found, leaving some mystery around this event.
