Superimposed luminous dots at Phalsbourg

Summary

In March 1978, two witnesses in Phalsbourg (Moselle) saw two superimposed red dots in the southeastern sky that vanished abruptly after about two minutes. Seconds later a very bright white dot appeared and moved rapidly northeast. A third witness mentioned a luminous dot but at a different time. Insufficient supporting data prevents further analysis.
