On June 7, 1978, three fishermen observed a luminous phenomenon near the coast for several minutes. They saw a white light moving slowly and then approaching them. When it reached their position, they described an object with colored flames at the back, making no noise. The object suddenly changed direction and disappeared, leaving the witnesses impressed. Other witnesses reported something similar that night, but it was considered likely a meteor. The investigation concluded it was neither an airplane, boat, balloon, nor a signal light. Despite a thorough investigation, the case remains unidentified.
