🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
On September 24, 1978, three people in the Vosges region of France observed a bright object in the sky. The silver-colored object made no noise and appeared to sway gently before slowly disappearing behind the landscape. Although it intrigued the witnesses, the most likely explanation is that it was a balloon. This case was classified as "B" by the GEIPAN, indicating that it is not considered an unexplained phenomenon.
