A limited case. On March 25, 1979, a night watchman at a factory in northern France first saw a whitish arc of light, then a green ball with a central red dot moving erratically in silence. He and two firefighters had witnessed something similar earlier that year, but no additional testimony about the March event could be gathered, precluding any firm conclusion.
