Donchery 1979, flickering luminous points

Summary

In September 1979, a couple in Donchery (Ardennes) noticed several luminous points in the sky between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM. The lights flickered in red, green and white, forming what the witnesses described as a sort of ball. Gendarmes on night patrol saw nothing similar, and no other testimonies were collected.
