Spherical UFO sighted in France in 1980

On January 28, 1980, a witness in France spotted a luminous object at 4:15 AM while driving. The object, spherical in shape and orange in color, was about 40 meters above the ground and 150 meters away. It emitted a strong light directed toward the sky and was surrounded by a brighter circle. As the witness continued driving, they noticed the object seemed to follow them, which caused fear.
