BUXY (71) 1980 UFO seen as a red spinning top

Summary

On May 8, 1980, a witness in Saône-et-Loire was alerted by the unusual behavior of his dogs. Looking up, he saw an object resembling a large child's spinning top, rotating while moving north to south. The interior of the object was reddish-orange. Two other people also saw it and noticed that their televisions stopped showing images, replaced by static. Despite these observations, no other testimonies were recorded. The phenomenon remains unexplained.
