On May 13, 1980, at around 4:45 AM, a witness walking to work saw a very bright green ball in the sky. The object was moving from south to north at a low altitude, followed by yellow sparks. The observation lasted less than five seconds and no noise was heard. No other witnesses were reported. Investigators suggest it could have been a natural phenomenon, such as a meteor entering the atmosphere.
