In September 1981, in Lourdes, France, several witnesses reported seeing luminous objects in the sky. These objects moved at high speed and at low altitude, without making any noise. The short duration of the observations, lasting only a few seconds, limited the amount of information available for researchers. Despite the efforts of the local brigade, the nature of these phenomena could not be identified. The case was classified as "C" by the GEIPAN, indicating that no conventional explanations were found.
The characteristics of the objects, such as their speed and silence, generated some alarm among the witnesses. However, the lack of precise data and the brief duration of the sightings made any deeper analysis difficult. This case, although brief, adds to the long list of UFO reports that remain unsolved, keeping curiosity and interest in the unknown alive.
