On March 12, 1982, around 8:30 PM, a witness observed a very bright ball in the sky, approximately 80 cm in diameter. It was silver in color and left a light orange trail behind it. Throughout the entire observation period, the object did not change color or direction. Although it might initially seem like a supernatural phenomenon, researchers concluded it was likely an atmospheric entry of a natural object, such as a meteor or a satellite re-entering the atmosphere. Classified as "B" by the GEIPAN, this case was not considered particularly relevant for UFO research, but it remains an interesting example of how natural phenomena can be misinterpreted.
