🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
In March 1983, several witnesses in Plouarzel (France) observed a luminous phenomenon that appeared to follow a road and vehicles. Initially classified as a UFO, the case was re-examined by the GEIPAN, which concluded it was Venus and Arcturus, stars seen from angles that created optical illusions. The witnesses, influenced by the movement of their vehicles, believed the object followed their path. Emotion and family interaction also reinforced the perception of movement where there was none. The astronomical explanation solves the mystery clearly.
