On April 13, 1983, two drivers observed a luminous ball in the sky at a great altitude. The light, yellowish-green in color and about the size of a handball, flickered and moved vertically without ever straying more than 50 cm from its original position. When viewed through binoculars, the witnesses had to stop observing due to the intensity of the light. The following day, by examining the sky chart, it was determined that Venus was low on the horizon in the exact direction of the observation. It was concluded that the witnesses were likely impressed by the intense light of the planet Venus.
