Circular UFO sighted in France in 1983

Summary

Between September 24 and 29, 1983, several witnesses in Vitry-le-François (France) observed a circular object in the sky, approximately 50 cm in diameter, emitting a yellowish light and rays of different lengths. One witness, using a telescope, described a dark core surrounded by a luminous ring. Although this could be an astronomical observation, there is not enough evidence to confirm this hypothesis.
