Sarreguemines 1983, Luminous circular object

Summary

On December 1, 1983, around 10:00 PM, two witnesses observed a very bright phenomenon for a few seconds. The object was circular in shape and emitted a fluorescent color, leaving behind red and yellow trails. It moved quickly, maintaining its shape and direction, but seemed to be losing altitude. Eventually, it disappeared into the landscape. No further information was obtained about this phenomenon, adding mystery to a brief but clearly described sighting.
