Boomerang-shaped UFO over La Reunion

In 1985, several witnesses in La Reunion, including gendarmes, saw a bright white object shaped like a boomerang. The event happened on September 13, but later it was revealed that someone had a similar experience on August 6. The object moved silently and made sudden shape changes, even becoming spherical before vanishing. Despite the matching accounts, no additional evidence confirmed any local gendarmerie hypothesis.
