🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
On August 9, 1988, around 10:45 PM, a witness in Nontron (Dordogne) observed a very bright green light moving rapidly in an elliptical path. Shortly after, a second green light appeared and eventually merged with the first. The phenomenon lasted about 15 minutes and no sound was heard. Although there are no concrete elements to confirm it, it resembles the effect of a laser. This case, classified as "B" by the GEIPAN, suggests a clear observation without a conventional explanation.
