Luminous Cylinder Over Marshes in France

Summary

On January 12, 1989, a woman driving through Seine-Maritime observed a cylindrical object about 30 meters above the marshes. The object had a dome at the top emitting yellow light and a series of glowing red and white windows at its base. As she passed by, the object briefly turned off and then reappeared higher in the sky. The observation lasted only a few seconds, and despite investigations, the phenomenon could not be identified or further information obtained.
