🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
In November 1989, a witness in Dieppe, France, observed a triangular object with rounded edges and a grey-black color. The event lasted less than five seconds, but the witness managed to see three bright points on each side, which were blinking. The object disappeared very quickly, leaving no trace. Despite the brief observation, the description is clear and detailed. There were no other witnesses or additional records, making further analysis difficult.
The testimony was collected decades later, in 2009, complicating the investigation even more. Without additional information or physical evidence, the GEIPAN classification places it in category C, suggesting a conventional explanation cannot be ruled out, but none has been found. Although short, this case remains interesting for UFO researchers due to its precise description and lack of clear alternatives.
