Summary

On November 16, 1992, a witness in Saint-Denis was awakened by a loud noise resembling a jet engine, accompanied by two flashes that lit up his room. Looking out, he saw a large bright white ball that lasted about ten seconds before disappearing. At that moment, a nearby house was briefly illuminated in red and the white object vanished with another sound. Although the house was unoccupied, no damage was reported. After the object disappeared, a red spot lingered above a tree and a slight mist remained in the area. Despite the noise, no other witnesses were found, although a neighbor noted that his dogs were frightened. The phenomenon could not be identified.
