On June 11, 1994, a witness was driving along a road in Loire-Atlantique when they spotted a strange object shaped like a lemon, with a cable on top and multiple lights. As they slowed down to about 20 km/h, they noticed the object was moving at the same speed, as if following them. When they caught up, the object duplicated without changing its shape or size. Then, it accelerated quickly, turned right, passed over a grove of trees, and vanished vertically at an impressive speed. The phenomenon was completely silent and lasted several minutes, adding mystery to an observation that didn't match any known objects.
The case was classified as "D" by the GEIPAN, indicating no conventional explanation was found. Despite investigations, the object and its origin remain unidentified. This case is another example of the many unexplained reports that keep the curiosity about strange sky phenomena alive.
