Le Cambout 1994, lights observation in Cotes-d'Armor region

Summary

A witness reported observing a group of six lights hovering above a forest from a rooftop window on the night of June 23, 1994. The lights were initially stationary but then began to rotate on their axis before disappearing. No sound was heard during the event. Interestingly, a transformer belonging to EDF in the area was quickly replaced after this incident.
