Geometric shape and light in Sorges

Summary

On September 16, 1994, a witness in Sorges, Dordogne, observed a bright yellow light about 200 meters away. Soon after, a geometric shape—possibly hexagonal or octagonal—appeared above the forest, glowing red-orange and silent. No other witnesses were found, and no physical traces were detected in the area. The GEIPAN classified the case as "C," indicating no conventional explanation was found.
