On October 30, 1994, a couple in a car observed a luminous circle rotating around itself with regularly spaced lights around its perimeter. The phenomenon remained stationary above their vehicle at an estimated height of 5 to 6 meters. As they left the city, the object stayed in front of them and then a regular equilateral triangle of about 10 meters per side appeared, hovering at 10 to 15 meters. The object matched the car's speed of around 80 km/h for several kilometers. When the car changed direction, the object accelerated and moved away, displaying a boomerang-like shape. At the same time and location, another couple in a different car described the same phenomenon with remarkably similar terms. Researchers could not find a conventional explanation for the event.
