🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
On the night of May 31 to June 1, 1995, two witnesses in Saint-Pol-sur-Ternoise reported seeing strange lights. One saw them from his car for 2 to 3 seconds, while the other observed them from his home for about ten minutes. Both agreed that the lights moved silently and at high speed. Despite these descriptions, the case lacks enough information for a thorough analysis. The GEIPAN classification C indicates that the nature of the observed phenomenon cannot be determined with certainty.
