On July 24, 1995, at around 10:30 PM, a witness in Vaires-sur-Marne observed a very bright luminous ball with a trail. The event was completely silent and lasted about three seconds. The witness described a clear trajectory across the sky, with no sound emissions. The description matches a possible atmospheric entry of a natural object, such as a meteor. Despite its unusual appearance, no secondary effects or impacts were reported in the area.
