In November 1995, in Sucy-en-Brie, two witnesses observed a strange white luminous crown rotating clockwise in the sky at 6:30 AM. The previous day, two municipal police officers had seen the same phenomenon at 11 PM. The event was silent, adding to its eerie nature. After investigation, experts concluded it was likely caused by a laser projector from a nightclub. Although it seemed supernatural, the explanation turned out to be quite ordinary.
The coincidence of observations by different witnesses at different times initially raised some alarm, but the lack of noise and the unusual visual form did not indicate an extraterrestrial craft. The case was classified as "B" by the GEIPAN, suggesting a plausible explanation. Despite the apparent simplicity of the solution, the case remains interesting due to the convergence of testimonies and the visual nature of the phenomenon.
