On February 10, 1996, a witness, along with his wife and son, observed a very bright point in the sky whose size was clearly larger than a star. A second luminous point was also seen. Although the witness filmed the event, the information gathered was too limited to analyze the phenomenon. The case was classified as "C" by the GEIPAN, indicating that no clear explanation was reached.
The incident occurred in the Marne region of France. Despite the joint observation by three people, the origin of the phenomenon could not be identified. Cases like the one in Epernay 1996, where multiple witnesses are present but there is a lack of concrete data, are common in UFO sighting databases. This case remains an unresolved mystery.
