Triangular UFO in Angers from 1996

Summary

An 11-year-old boy and his mother witnessed an unusual aerial phenomenon in Angers in October 1996. The testimony, submitted to the GEIPAN in 2010, describes three stationary lights above the trees in a square, which evolved into a triangular object with a black circle at the center. The object moved silently and disappeared in a sudden acceleration. The observation lasted about 20 seconds. The mother remembered an unusual light and an unknown moving object. Due to the lack of precise data and the age of the case, the GEIPAN could not investigate further and classified it as "C", meaning no further analysis was possible.
