🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
An unusual case recorded by the GEIPAN in 1999 describes the observation of a large, silent, white spiral seen in the area of Talensac, in the French region of Ille-et-Vilaine. The witness, closing his gate one winter night around 1:00 a.m., was startled by the presence of this luminous shape moving silently. No other testimonies were collected about the phenomenon, making its analysis difficult. Although it could be a rare meteorological phenomenon, the lack of details and the unknown exact date prevent a more precise evaluation. For this reason, the GEIPAN classified the case as "C," indicating that it cannot be processed due to insufficient information.
