Summary

On November 8, 2002, a couple in Saint-Jean-d'Héran (France) observed a luminous phenomenon in the sky that caught their attention. They saw a dozen light points arranged in an oval shape, rotating clockwise. In the center, there were about six fixed points. The phenomenon made no noise, adding to its mystery. Although it could not be confirmed with certainty, investigators suggest that what they saw might have been the effect of a distant advertising laser. The detailed description by the witnesses helps explain why this case was considered interesting by the GEIPAN.
