🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
In June 2005, a witness in Rennes (France) reported an object in the sky that could have been an airplane. The case was recorded by the GEIPAN, but due to the age of the sighting, it was impossible to verify whether any flights were in the area. The lack of updated information led to the case being classified as C, indicating a low probability of unexplained phenomena. Despite the report being filed in 2010, no further data on the incident could be obtained. The nearest airport was Rennes/St Jacques, so the possibility of an aircraft in one of its air corridors was considered.
