🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
On June 30, 2007, a witness in Annemasse noticed an unusual object in the sky. When he got home, he recorded the object, which was still visible. The video clearly shows that the object was a tetrahedral balloon, the kind used by the National Meteorology Service or scientists. These balloons are commonly used for atmospheric studies and are not mysterious. Despite its unusual appearance, the case was classified as resolved by the GEIPAN.
