🇫🇷 GEIPAN / CNES
On August 13, 2007, a family in Montlouis-sur-Loire was stargazing in their garden when they noticed a bright white sphere in the sky. The object appeared to grow as it approached from the west, then changed direction toward the North Star before fading away. The GEIPAN classified the event as "A," indicating a clear explanation. Further analysis confirmed that the object was the International Space Station, visible at that time and location.
