On March 29, 2008, around 7:05 PM, a witness in Issy-les-Moulineaux observed three dark circular objects silently moving across the sky. The objects were traveling south to north, matching the wind direction. Although the witness estimated a considerable altitude, the report calculations suggest they were between 30 and 38 meters high. The objects appeared to be between 1 and 3 meters in size and had an appearance similar to a transparent balloon. Due to the lack of information about their origin and launch, investigators concluded they were likely balloons carried by the wind, although their launch location could not be determined with certainty.
The case classification as "B" indicates that, while there are objective elements, the nature of the objects cannot be confirmed with total certainty. The discrepancy between the witness's perception and the technical calculations adds mystery to the case. Despite the most probable explanation, the lack of clarity about the launch location and the inability to identify the exact type of objects maintains a certain degree of uncertainty.
