Luminous Balls in Montaigu

Summary

In May 2008, a person in Montaigu observed a luminous 3D diamond-shaped object in the sky. The object moved silently northward and disappeared on the horizon. This report reached the GEIPAN after reading an article about similar phenomena. After analysis, it was concluded that it was likely a Thai lantern. Although the case was classified as B, the detailed description helps understand objects that can be mistaken for UFO phenomena.
